How long is each coaching session?

Clients can choose between 30 minutes or 1 hour sessions and I offer both in person and virtual meetings on Zoom.

What is the length of the commitment?

All packages are month to month. I want my clients to stay because they find the coaching beneficial, not because they’re locked into a commitment!

What is the price for coaching and do you accept insurance?

The frequency of calls and the level of accountability will ultimately determine the price of the coaching. I offer different packages ranging from $200 - $600 a month and we'll determine together which one is the right fit for you. Unfortunately, coaching is not covered by insurance at this time.

How often will you be available to me as my coach?

All clients will have my personal cell phone number so they can call or email me at any time.

What are your coaching credentials?

I have a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina Charlotte in Psychology & Sociology and a master’s degree from Liberty University in Counseling & Life Coaching.

I have also worked with over 350 clients on a variety of topics.
